Good eating habits can prevent coronary heart disease

A good diet can greatly reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The Italian Anti-Thrombotic Federation concluded that:

1. Eat more bread, noodles and whole grains, preferably whole wheat flour products.

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables, preferably raw.

3. Eat more soy products, less meat, and more fish.

4. Eat vegetable oils completely.

5. Drink wine with meals, preferably red wine.
