Diet for patients with constipation
1. The diet must contain an appropriate amount of fiber, and a certain amount of vegetables and fruits should be eaten every day. Eat an apple on an empty stomach in the morning and evening or 1-3 bananas before each meal
2. The staple food should not be too refined, and some coarse grains should be eaten appropriately
